The Velvet Rope Attendee Agreement

Rules and regulations herein are a mandatory part of attendance. All attendees are obligated to observe and comply with the same.

• Hours of operation are subject to change without warning at the sole discretion of the management of The Velvet Rope (hereafter T.V.R.) There are no refunds of any door fees or membership fees.
• T.V.R. reserves the right to revoke membership and refuse entrance at any time.
• All attendees are required to check-in at the reception desk with valid government issued identification and pay appropriate fees.
• Attendees are fully responsible for themselves
• Dress code: attractive/casual party clothes required for all attendees.
• Cleanliness and good hygiene is essential and mandatory.

I certify that I am at least 21-years of age and the government identification I have presented is my legal identification and legally obtained by me from the issuing agency using legal documents. Hold harmless agreement: Attendees on behalf of themselves, their heirs and assigns, hereby acknowledges that the use of T.V.R.’s facilities and services may be dangerous and hazardous and may involve dangerous conditions, both obvious and latent. The Velvet Rope follows all OLCC regulations including baring the use or possession of marijuana or paraphernalia on site. There is also no weapons allowed on site. Attendees hereby assume all risk to their person and property. T.V.R. shall not be liable to attendees, attendees’ family, and/or attendees’ guests for any injury, loss or damage to the person and/or property of same. This release is valid and binding. I understand and accept there are risks and dangers that are inherent when engaged in nightclubbing activity, hot-tubbing activity, sexual activity and any other activity engaged in at T.V.R. Failure to adhere to rules and regulations, disrespecting fellow members or T.V.R. staff, may result in expulsion and permanent banning from T.V.R. I agree to keep private and not discuss or otherwise disclose any information, knowledge of membership or activities within T.V.R. premises. I understand and agree to notify staff of any illness or disease (including STIs) that could put myself and other members at risk. I agree to bear all financial responsibility for any medical treatment arising from participating in velvet rope activities. T.V.R. agrees not to distribute or otherwise share personal information or membership status to any other person or business, directly or otherwise. To ensure your safety, your membership status will not be shared to anyone (including yourself) over the phone by T.V.R.

Valuables and personal property

T.V.R. and its management, staff, and volunteers will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue The Velvet Rope, its trustees, officers, employees, staff, volunteers or agents for any liability, claim, and/or cause of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me. I certify that I have read these rules and regulations, and agree to abide by them and any additional rules that may be implemented in the future. As well as adhere to any Staff/Volunteers.

The Velvet Rope Rules of Entry

• Absolutely NO Phones, cameras, recording devices of any kind, are to be used or seen in the club for any reason.
• Play Safe! Have an open conversation about expectations and Use Protection for your safety and that of ALL your partners!!!
• Don’t be creepy, socialize! Do not stare follow or act in a way that might make you uncomfortable.
• No Means No! If a guest has let you know that they are not interested in playing, you may not continue to ask.
• Never open any door, window or curtain that is closed.
• Always ask before you touch OR begin masturbating in close proximity to other guests.
• ALL public masturbation must be completed in a condom or towel.
• NO Unattended men in the Couples/Ladies Lounge without a lady with them at all times.
• NO Alcohol or food in private rooms or couples/ladies lounge.
• NO Marijuana or paraphernalia allowed on the property, this includes flower or vape pens.
• NO Alcohol, Food, Sex or Masturbating allowed in hot tubs.
• All guests Must wash off before entering hot tubs.
• Be Respectful of ALL people at ALL times.
• Please place ALL soiled towels and sheets into hampers.
• Please dispose of ALL of your used condoms and cleansing wipes in trash.
• Remember bartenders and all staff are volunteers and only work for tips.
